Firearms Standards
Beginning on January 26, 2008, all CLEET certified peace officers are required to meet certain firearms qualification standards. Officers must attain a qualifying score of not less than seventy percent (70% or 72 points) utilizing their primary duty handgun.
Firearms Requalification Certificate - Suggested Language
Firearms Requalification Certificate This is to certify that _______________________,successfully completed annual handgun firearms requalification on ___________________ and is therefore in compliance with the requirements established by Administrative Rules 390:27-1-1 through 390:27-1-6 of the Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training.
