In the 2020 Oklahoma Legislative Session, HB 2877 set forth minimum requirements for Victim Impact Panels (VIP) and required the District Attorneys Council (DAC) to be the repository of certain information of statutorily compliant VIPs.  A listing of all compliant VIPs will be provided to all District Court judges and District Attorneys’ Offices in Oklahoma.
