Responsibilities of the Information Technology Division
The DAC IT division is responsible for supporting approximately 1200 end users spread across 80 offices in 75 counties. Currently, there are 9 staff whose responsibilities include the administration and management of the following systems and processes: Case Management System and supportive software, e-mail environment, IT budgeting, equipment and software procurement, shared user data, network infrastructure and security, server infrastructure, data backup and anti-virus protection, end-user technical support, and technical consulting and strategic planning services.
