Public Administrative Rule Search

House Bill 2698, signed by Governor Brad Henry in 2010, requires Oklahoma's state agencies to make their proposed rules available on the Internet.

This site enables the public to access this information in one centralized location.Following the adoption of proposed rules, Oklahoma's State agencies will use the State Online Filing System to submit the proposed rules to the Governor and Legistrature for review, as required by 75 O.S.,§ 253 and 303.1.

The public Administrative Rule Search tool allows the public to view the text of these proposed rules, as well as accopmpanying documentation. The public can also view information on actions taken by the Governor on proposed rules. However, actions taken by the Legislature are NOT recorded on this site.

If you have questions about specific rules, contact the agency that filed the administrative rule.

If you have technical questions about the search tool, please contact the agency of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services Service Desk at helpdesk@omes.ok.gov or by phone (405)521-2444.
