and swift to reward."
To "report" an administrator for something they did wrong, follow this link to "Report an Administrator"
Currently, as we are (still) switching systems, our "Complaint Registry" (for looking up violations) is in two locations. The older items will be in the "Complaint Registry" The newer ones (2013 and on and some from 2012...) will be in our new system. We are working to have the old system merged into the new one but we're not quite there yet. Thank you for your patience. We will assist you to find out if an administrator has any old cases - please don't hesitate to call.
LOOK UP AN ADMINISTRATOR...
- Verify they're licensed in Oklahoma and when
their current license expires...license number and status,
current facility, phone number...
- Later, you'll be able to see if they have
any violations and information about them...
(for now, we're still using our registry for that but
this is coming...soon...we hope...)
When you get there (following the link above)
Be certain to enter the license type (required) from the drop down menu,
and then we suggest entering "only" the last name...
(searching by multiple fields or by the license number
does not consistently yield easily-useable-results)
"Look up" TIP:
If you don't know how to spell the Administrator's Last Name,
but you know how to 'start" spelling it, for example,
maybe you don't recall if it's Thomas or Thompson,
you can enter Thom% and the system will show you
all last names that start with "Thom"
Also, if you're not finding the name you're searching for
(but you're pretty sure they're licensed)
Try % on both ends of their name or portions thereof that
you're certain about the spelling of...
such as %Thom% (no spaces) - works well,
particularly for people with hyphenated names,
especially if/when you're not aware of that hyphenation...
