Transit Provider Administrator/User Problems

For questions or problems managing your transit provider account, please contact MyRide staff
For problems logging into the system, please contact the Oklahoma Interactive Helpdesk.

Public Search Problems

When you enter your city to begin your search for a ride, all transit providers in your county will display in search results. If you select more options in the Advanced Search Options, the search results may be fewer and more specific to your trip.
If Search for Provider or the Advanced Search displays no search results at all, please contact MyRide staff. At any time during the process of your search, or if you are unable to use a computer and internet to access the system, you may use the One-Call function and a call-center representative will complete the search for you by telephone.
